On Wednesday Room 9 made candy cane raindear . We made them out of  ribben and pom poms,pipecleaners ,gogoly eyes and candy canes.

The magic dress

Ones upon a time there was a girl named Jackie.  Jackie lived in a castle, that  her mum did not allow Jackie  to  come out of. Every day her mum would come to see her. One day her mum came with a magic dress.
As soon as Jackie put her dress on she flew outside,when Jackie landed as soon as she took 10 steps away  from her tower  a troll  appeared out of no where!!  Jackie ran as fast as she could to her tower. but  Jackie was not in time the troll picked Jackie up and took her magic dress"Finlay  "Jackie's  mum  came  and got  the  dress and kicked the troll" in the" shins OOOOHHHH!!!  and Jackie her mum ran back to her  tower  Jackie's  mum gave her dress to her once they got inside.

Goldilocks Persuasive Writing

This term we have been looking at persuasive writing. 

We looked at the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We talked about whether she should have gone into the house or not. Here is my poster. 

My art exhibition

On  Monday  night  our class had a Art exhibition at Clink in Sumner.  Our class  brought their mum and  dad  and  brothers  and sisters. Our art work was black and white prints of fruit. Mine was a watermelon and a pear. Dad and Lynn thought my work was fantastic. My mum said it was great. I felt proud of myself when they told me that.

my rugby game

On Saturday I played rugby. I was the captain for my team. I versed New Brighton. I scored a ENORMOUS try, then I took my conversion and it got over. Then they had the ball and then our team tackled New Brighton. Then I took the ball.   I got tackled and I  made a ruck. We won 105 - nil
